Core architecture
- Tension or curiosity creates a reason to care.
- Trust shows why the creator has earned an opinion on this exact problem.
- A clear payoff tells the viewer what they will understand or decide.
- Proof and explanation follow the best causal path for the idea.
- The next step is contextual to the problem the viewer now recognizes.
Do not turn the expert into a teleprompter
- Fully script the opening, crucial reframes, transitions, CTA language, and the ending when precision matters.
- For the technical body, use recording prompts: what to explain, proof/example, decision question, and line to land.
- Leave room for expert caveats, memories, and natural judgment.
Choose the body shape that fits the proof
- Diagnosis, story, demo, comparison, framework, ranking, case study, and hybrid structures are all valid.
- Do not force every idea into five numbered points.
- Every section should create a reason for the next section to exist.
Retention without fake cliffhangers
- Use unresolved hierarchy, a visible framework, before/after state, diagnostic score, consequence escalation, progressive proof, or a promised decision rule.
- Re-hooks should come from the next genuine decision or consequence.
